7.    Other Clauses

7.1 Force Majeure

7.1.2. If we are prevented, delayed or hindered from undertaking any of our obligations in relation to this contract due to a Force Majeure Event, our obligations under these terms and conditions will be suspended while the Force Majeure event continues to delay, hinder or prevent us undertaking any of our obligations.

7.1.2. as soon as reasonably practicable up on the commencement of a Force Majeure Event, we will  notify you in writing of the Force Majeure Event, the notice will inform you when the Force Majeure event started and the effects of the Force Majeure Event on our ability to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions.

7.1.3. If a Force Majeure Event continues to impact our ability to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions for a period of more than four (4) months in total, either party may terminate the agreement by giving notice in writing to the other party.
